Allergies have become increasingly common and frustrating for many people. They occur when the immune system reacts to harmless substances, often due to a weakened immune response or delicate mucous membranes in the respiratory and digestive tracts.

While allergies can lead to headaches and discomfort, small adjustments to your diet can make a noticeable difference.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 5–10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1.5 cm piece of fresh ginger

Preparation:

  1. Wash and peel all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop the carrot and cucumber into manageable pieces, and divide the oranges into quarters.
  3. Process the ingredients in a juicer, layering the mint leaves between the fruits and vegetables.
  4. Keep the juice refrigerated and consume it before meals for best results.
