What is H. pylori?
H. pylori is a spiral-shaped bacteria that infects the stomach and digestive tract. It is very common, affecting about 50% of the world’s population. The bacteria drill into the stomach lining and hide in mucus, making it hard for the immune system to reach them. H. pylori can cause ulcers, acid reflux, gastritis, fatigue, inflammation, and has been linked to stomach cancer.

Symptoms of H. pylori Infection:

  • Abdominal pain, bloating, gas
  • Acid reflux, nausea, dark stools
  • Fatigue, malnutrition, anemia
  • IBS, gastritis, ulcers
  • Skin issues (acne, rosacea), bad breath

How to Diagnose:

  • Breath Test – detects urease enzyme in the stomach.
  • Stool Test – checks for H. pylori antigens.
  • Endoscopy – samples from stomach/duodenum examined under microscope.

Problems with Conventional Treatment:
Doctors usually prescribe antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) for 2 weeks. Many patients experience recurring infections, and antibiotics can harm gut flora and immunity.

Natural Treatments for H. pylori

Step 1: Gastrointestinal Cleanse
High-fiber cleansing helps remove mucus and expose bacteria, preparing them for natural eradication.

Step 2: Parasite & Bacteria Cleanse
Natural herbs act as parasiticides to gradually kill H. pylori and other harmful microbes. Dosage must be controlled to prevent detox reactions.

Powerful Natural Antibiotics:

  • Broccoli Sprouts – rich in sulforaphane, kills H. pylori (2.5 oz / 70 g daily for 7–14 days).
  • Green Cabbage Juice – helps ulcers and acid reflux.
  • Brussels Sprouts – similarly effective as broccoli sprouts.
  • Garlic – antimicrobial properties.
  • Coconut Oil – lauric & caprylic acids kill bacteria and yeast.
  • Manuka Honey – potent antibacterial and antiseptic properties.
  • Cranberry & Blueberry Juice – prevent bacterial adhesion.
  • Kefir – probiotic-rich to restore gut flora.
  • Colloidal Silver – kills bacteria and parasites; take sublingually.

Tips for Success:

  • Avoid sugar, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, and low-fiber diets.
  • Manage stress, sleep well, and support immunity for faster healing.

Bottom Line:
H. pylori can be eradicated naturally with a combination of gut cleansing, parasite/bacterial cleansing, and natural antibiotics. This approach is safe, effective, and helps restore gut health without the risks of conventional antibiotics.
