Ingredients:
- 2 cups (400 g) chopped celery
- 2.2 lbs (1 kg) lemons
- 8.5 cups (2 liters) water
Instructions:
Slice the thoroughly washed lemons thinly and add them to 8.5 cups (2 liters) of water. Place the mixture on the stove and bring it to a boil. Chop the celery and add it to the water. Let the mixture cook on high heat for 20 minutes. After cooking, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool for at least 6 hours—overnight is even better. Once cooled, strain the mixture, and it’s ready to drink.
Nutritionists recommend consuming 3.5 oz (100 ml) before each meal, three times daily. Store the remaining mixture in a cool, dark place for later use.
