Important: Follow up the pumpkin seed treatment with diatomaceous earth or bentonite clay to help expel as many worms as possible.


Pumpkin Seed Remedy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (65 grams) high-quality raw pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup fresh coconut milk (or unsweetened almond/hemp milk)
  • ½ cup water

Instructions:

  1. Blend the pumpkin seeds with coconut milk until smooth. Add water gradually to achieve a creamy paste.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl using a silicone spatula.
  3. Consume on an empty stomach in the morning. Optionally, add a pinch of sea or Himalayan salt for taste. Avoid sugar or store-bought honey.
  4. Within an hour, drink a large glass of water mixed with 1 teaspoon of diatomaceous earth or bentonite clay, followed by several more glasses of water throughout the day.
  5. Use 1 tablespoon of castor oil as a natural laxative at least 2 hours after consuming the pumpkin seed mixture to help expel the worms.
  6. Support gut health with high-quality probiotics, either from food or supplements.

Treatment Schedule

  • Perform the pumpkin seed remedy each morning for 2–3 days.
  • Take a week off, then repeat for up to a month to disrupt parasite life cycles.
  • Multiple courses are recommended, as parasites can be persistent.
