Caution: Papaya leaf juice is very bitter and potent. Start with 1 tablespoon per day, increasing to 2 tablespoons if needed. Drink it neat and avoid consuming other liquids immediately afterward.

2. Tea Infusion

  • Boil 3–5 medium-to-large leaves in 2 liters of water until the liquid reduces by half. Let cool, discard the leaves, and drink in small doses. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

3. Leaf Extract
